OUT_DEPTHFADE

THE BOX'S MAIN HELP:
This implements a depth cuing output shader.
NEAR is the near clipping plane.
FAR  is the far clipping plane.

NEAR (input):
This must be a scalar.  The default is 1.0.

FAR (input):
This must be a scalar.  The default is 1000.0.

OUT (output):
This is the returned color.
