THE BOX'S MAIN HELP:

Does a formatted string creation under the control of pattern PAT.
This function is similar to the C function printf.

PAT (input):

Pattern for formatting.  This pattern is similar the C printf function.

A (vinput):

This is a variable of any data type.

OUT (output):

Formatted string.
