SPECKLE

THE BOX'S MAIN HELP:
This function returns a speckled pattern.
FQ is the frequency or density of the speckles.
NUM is the number of different shades of speckles.
ATT controls the sharpness or attenuation of the edge of the speckles.

PP (input):
This must be a varying point.  The default is the surface point, P.

FQ (input):
This must be a float. The default is 8.
This is the frequency or density of the speckles.

NUM (input):
This must be a float. The default is 5.0.
This is the number of different shades of speckles.

ATT (input):
This must be a float. The default is 2.0.
This controls the sharpness(attenuation) at the edge of the speckles.
Large numbers may cause antialiasing problems.

OUT (output):
This function returns a speckled pattern.
