VENUS

THE BOX'S MAIN HELP:

This returns a twisted turbulence pattern which resembles venus.
PP  is the seed for the noise.
OFF offsets the pattern.
SCL scales the contrast in the pattern.
ROT controls the amount of rotation in the pattern.
FQ  controls the amount of turbulence in the pattern.
OCT is the number of octaves for the turbulence function.

PP (input):

This must be a varying point.  The default is the surface point, P.
This is the seed for the noise.

OFF (input):

This must be a float.  The default is 1.0.
This offsets the pattern.

SCL (input):

This must be a float.  The default is 0.6.
This scales the pattern.

ROT (input):

This should be a float between [0,1].  The default is 0.22.
This controls the amount of rotation in the pattern.

FQ (input):

This should be a float between [0,1].  The default is 0.65.
This controls the amount of turbulence in the pattern.

OCT (input):

This must be a float.  The default is 8.0.
This is the number of octaves for the turbulence function.

OUT (output):

This returns a twisted turbulence pattern which resembles venus.
